Students in independent study art have been drawing, glazing, printing and creating portraits recently. Here are some of the finished projects. Two students drew portraits for youth in the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the Memory Project. This organization works to give hand-made portraits to children around the world who live in poverty or other challenging circumstances. These portraits will be a great gift for these two teenage boys.
Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up.
