In 8th grade art, we have been learning how to use 1 point perspective. Students learned that perspective helps us to make things look 3D and realistic. 1 point perspective uses a horizon line with one vanishing point to draw 3D forms on a flat surface. Each student chose a word that had some kind of meaning to them and made it 3D by using 1 point perspective. Then each student added creative color to the letters and background.
